From initial customer contact to the return or fulfillment of a customer order, each element of the service process can have a direct effect on the customer perception of both our clients and our own brand.

To enable us to evolve and continually improve our performance where possible, we put in place systems to measure our customer service and satisfaction levels. We also recognise the importance of customer retention so are pro active in asking for customer feedback to maintain and improve service standards and also work with our clients to design customer loyalty offers via trade in and upgrade offers.
